Yesterday a 5-year old arrived to my workshop with a picture she drew for me on the way in the car.

Look, I did a picture for you.
For me?
Yes, and that's you.

I love it.

It made me think that even if I'm feeling
a bit grumpy,
or a bit rushed,
or that things have gone wrong before the young people have even arrived,
little Jessica sees me as someone with rosy cheeks and a happy smile.

I need to trust in that and just enjoy it.

Perspective is always good.
