Overlap Stone

I used my morning run to get to a famous viewpoint known as Overlap Stone. A family lives near the entrance to the land with the stone and charges a small fee (less than a US dollar) to go out to the stone. It’s well worth it and a minor way to help local families. The father said usually more than 100 people visit in a day, but now, due to travel restrictions and a lack of tourists, only about 10-20 people are visiting. I’m grateful we are allowed to travel in Thailand, but it’s sad to see so many hotels closed and people struggling because of the lack of tourists.
