Sally Mair - Loving life

Saturday today, out for a walk first thing which was just as well as it was pushing 20 ° at 9am!
Today is my sister's granddaughter's 21st birthday, hard to believe how time has flown. She'd have been so proud of her.
We spent most of today in the garden, everything is looking good just now and the first couple of peas are forming, I can't wait - the first few rarely get as far as being cooked... or even onto a plate!
A and S came over and dropped off their cooker into our garage for storage. It sounds like things might start moving on their house again soon. Hooray!
Had a nice chat with them in the garden then they went home to finish off some painting.
I went back to pottering in the garden and did some very satisfying dead heading, makes things look so much tidier.
We decided we'd make the most of today's sunshine and have dinner in the garden as tomorrow's forecast is not so good. I had to blip my delicious strawberries, raspberries, meringue, cream and strawberry jam pudding. I scraped the bowl clean!

Keep safe and well everybody, we need to keep being careful so that we can move forward.
