Derelict vacant lot with a message

Here we have an enormous and therefore unmissable message of CHEER for the passers by. I couldn't tell you when it first appeared but I think it was pre covid 19. So you could say it was prophetic. It's a good use of a wall bordering a vacant lot that's gradually filling with rubbish and weeds and looking pretty derelict.
