Garden warbler?

This little bird has eluded us for a long time. It´is almost impossible to see him. He has a wonderful song and you can hear him in the apple tree but when you try to get a glimps all you get is a quick movment in the corner of your eye.
But early morning he was sitting way up high in the juniper. I could´t come as close that I wish (need a better lens) but manage to get som pictures. I guess it´s a Garden warbler but are not at all sure. Maybe some of you know for sure.
