Vegan Birthday Cake

I iced the cake with Vegan Cream Cheese, Margerine, Icing Sugar & Vegan White Chocolate yesterday & today we cut it as today is my daughter's birthday.
My eldest son came round to see his sister & give her gifts & a card, so lovely to see him, he was the first to taste the cake & said it was delish.
My daughter's friend's came to see her too, so they also ate cake.
Such a lovely happy day. :)
