Almost back to normal

Sunny, pleasant and a refreshing breeze  We walked down to the Pier, up past the Marriott, through the West Cliff Gardens, then cut through to Westbourne. 3-4 kilometres all for for a coffee.

We do that walk from time to time, but then return by bus.  But of course at the moment we don’t travel on public transport.  And so we walked back through the centre, taking the above image on the way.  I only intended to watermark it, but somehow put It through the ‘collage edit.  And rather liked the wacky result.

I’ve just watched the end of ‘Selfie’  - an offbeat (French) film. Sadly the rental for the film expired at 21:58.  The good news is I managed to see it through to the end.  The bad news is I could see over and over again, but can’t now.  The reviews for the film are very mixed.  You either love it or you don’t. I thought it was brilliant, and so so funny.  To relate to it, you may need an appreciation and fondness for techie devices and digital technology.

G and A came by at 7’ish and we chatted in the garden until It was colder when the sun set.  Haven’t seen them for a while as they are both hard at work.  Then after dinner prepared another cashew nut cheeze which needs to be left for 24 hours before transferring to a mould.

So all in all, a lovely day, all the challenges on my fitness app completed, and clocked up 13,253 steps, 9.75km
