Long-legged Fly - Dolichopodidae

This is one of those tiny metallic green flies that flit around on flowers. This one, however, was in our kitchen on the windowsill. I took it's photo with my phone and then managed to get it safely back outdoors. In this photo it was washing its feet, or rubbing its eyes, or whatever it is flies do when they do that thing they do. Condylostylus is its species name.
