Stretching exercise

A busy hectic day at work and was pleased to get home this evening. Once home I got changed then took Julie to pick up her Tea from the Chinese takeaway. Once back home I went for a relaxing walk to unwind and chill .
I spotted these 2 young moorhens at the edge of the pond and managed to capture one doing some stretching exercise's
