I was supposed to be meeting up with my two meditation buddies, Ali and Yvette, this afternoon but only Ali was able to make it. But we spent a lovely afternoon in the garden. Normally our meetings involve others or we are working together as she designs our posters/programmes for Time Travellers. Today we just chatted!
