Chuematte

We set off early up to our tent spot in Beatenberg, which was quite tricky after a late night and quite a few drinks with the friends the night before. Our other friends with the VW camper Also came, so we had a lovely brunch together. We then drove to Chuematte, which is about 1700m, so we could be up at the level for gentians etc. we had a fantastic walk, via an alp farm where we tried their beautiful goats cheese and other cheese, that they make up there. The weather was cloudy, so a bit dark to make really good photos. Back at the tent we had a super dinner, steak cod on the wood fire, and new potatoes with garlic, salt and olive oil, wrapped in foil and cooked in the embers.
