Double Latch

Variations on a theme. After yesterday’s blip a question was raised about how the latch worked…well here on the right we can see a similar one in the closed position (well almost).

On the left there is a metal gate equivalent. This gate has the added security features of a spring loaded pin and a padlock and chain (which is not actually snapped shut - just hanging on the chain).
