Looking East.

Quiet across the loch - a little reservoir built around 1914 by Prisoners of World War I. A few short years later the 1918 Spanish flu pandemic hit the world. Nowadays it’s covid19. Announcements today at Westminster on 2m->1m and more, and at Holyrood on change to Education proposals, (all things being equal come August etc). It was unusual walking here this afternoon. Several of the few folks we met completely disregarded social distancing. Not all, but a noticeable few. For some in society it looks like times have changed now.

Back home, almost dry. And fair for our younger son when at golf. A very wet morning.

Family FaceTime. Older son had visited his very locked HQ office. Prearranged. And temperature checked. A strange experience by all accounts. And there was teacher talk.
