Lime tree 1927-2020

Brooklands road is just over a mile. Trees where planted in 1927 and now mature and impressive, planted in sequence the length of the road, fir, copper beech and lime. They enhance the Manchester air quality. Disconcertingly this beautiful lime is in the process of being felled.
