Honesty

It's been the hottest day of the year so far (and is going to be even hotter tomorrow) so I went for a walk around the village early this morning before the temperature rose too high.

I did some jobs in the house then sat in the shade in the garden and read my book.  I have an honesty plant in my wild area and liked how the sun was shining through the seed heads, showing the dark seeds inside. The changing colour of the leaves is pretty too.
