So hot today. Just after 7 pm and it’s still really warm but at least there’s a slight breeze. Just done all the watering. Noticed we now have baby cucumbers, runner beans are climbing up their bamboo wigwam at a pace, and we have lots of peas. Picked almost 3lbs of blackcurrants - they’re in the fridge. I’ll wait till I’ve got a few more then I’ll make a batch of blackcurrant jelly, it was delicious last year. Picture is part of a dreamcatcher we’ve had for a few years.
