Another poppy...

...emerged in the wildflower garden and the hoverfly was straight in there. I was thankful that the office in the studio stays cool in hot weather and so I based myself out there for most of the day teaching Lightroom to a client and then doing some of my own editing. We will be using the air con unit in the bedroom tonight as the 30 degree temps are an extreme high for us.
