Starting early

You have to start early, if you want to fit in some proper training in this warm weather. It has been close to 30 degrees C today and it was warm already at 6 AM, when we went out - but it was bearable. 

After work I took the boys for a swim and a walk in the woods. 

I am hoping for, but not counting on, at quiet evening :-)
