Victoria sponge

Decided it was a day for baking, did some scones which turned out well and then hubby asked for a Victoria sponge so we could pretend we were at a National Trust property. Decided to try Mary Berrys recipe - turned out really dense not at all like I hoped so having taken a photograph I decided to Prisma it to make it look better (can’t do much about the taste!)
