A Morning At The Palace

Kate & Sophie had a sleepover last night, so before breakfast Tess & Kate went for a run while Sophie kept me entertained, then I had my run when they got back.

After breakfast we went to Wells for a stroll round the moat by the Bishop's Palace, then treated ourselves to a takeaway drink from the Palace cafe and a sausage bap from one of the food stalls at the Saturday market. This is the classic view of the moat in front of the Palace walls

Chris came round to play this afternoon and There were lots of crafty activities going on,including the first stage of making rhubarb gin.
