Water Tower

Visit to my mum's today. On the way home we had a blip stop at the water tower in Dalkeith.

It was built in 1897 as a water tower for the town of Dalkeith. It was closed in the 1950s and the purchased in the 1980s and converted into a house. A restaurant was later added as the tower is owned by a former Masterchef winner.
