Home-made Bread

About two or three weeks ago I bought Mallums bread flour at the Mallumse Molen, enough for making two breads. I made one bread with it that week, using fresh yeast I'd bought at the bakery, but it did not rise well. Today I used the remainder of the flour and the yeast to give it another try and prepared the yeast differently before using it. The bread has risen a bit more than last time, although I reckon it should be able to rise even more.. I am contemplating on whether to keep trying till perfection or not :) maybe I should just eat this first and see how it tastes ;)
