Fit and Fruity

It's been a strange day, having arrived into Heathrow at 6am, getting up to Northampton and going through ten weeks' worth of mail and resisiting the urge to sleep before nightfall. I even got a bit of work done but avoided trying to update the accounts records while jetlagged - there could have been some strange results if I had!

Tesco delivered this afternoon so I was able to make a fresh fruit salad - hooray! I should feel just about normal tomorrow.
