Taking it easy with a smile on your face

Meet Mark, one of our jolly salesmen, lol. We do have a good laugh in work when we can, I do think its an essential recipe for a good working relationship.

A little man turned up today at our house with his tool in his hand. My good lady wife led him into the kitchen where he stripped and screwed and came.............to the decision he knew what was wrong with the oven. It turned out to be a switch inside the oven which turns on a bulb. So the bulb has been pulled and the switch is on order and the oven is usable again.
