A Yorkshire view

We drove to Yorkshire and back this morning, a 200 mile round trip, and all in the most appalling weather, torrential rain and high winds, especially over the Saddleworth Moor where visibility was almost nil..  Why go to Yorkshire you ask? well we were on a mission:  taking a broken caravan window to the menders to have a new one made in readiness for getting out on our 'TravelswithMatilda' once again.  Can't wait and as we won't be going to Cornwall this year we're meeting up with a couple of our Cornwall friends in September on a caravan site in Herefordshire in early September, before they depart on their way up to Scotland.  Mind you we may have booked our pitch but who knows what the future holds.  My philosophy this year is just to make the best of each and every day ..........  no matter what the weather.
