Coach is back!

Rafi's racerunning coach travelled to the car park today that Rafi has been using during lockdown ( a journey of 1.5 hours). Athletics tracks are still not open unfortunately. Phil has been coaching Rafi by video on my phone, it was so nice to have him present in person today. He was very encouraging and very positive about Rafi's progress during lockdown.
