BEE HOUSE

Our back patio has all kinds of shadows created by the overhead patio cover.  Today the shadows caught my eye & it was drawn to the small bench & TINY BEE HOUSE in the distance.   We have a variety of bees & pollinators in our yard, but unfortunately, none have  made a home in the bee house.  Someday, maybe.

With July bearing down on us, the heat will sizzle & all my lovely
heirloom annuals will soon fade; but I have my blips of them to remind me.
During the "Dog Days" of Summer, when only the Bougainvillea
thrives, I can look back at those flowers who thrived in my side
flower garden, during Spring & early Summer.   The Sweet Peas, Bachelor Buttons, & Hyssop,  will live on.
