Up and out the flat early so the new windaes can be fitted. Breakfast at Rachel's followed by yoga, lunch and a workshop at the Burrell.

Over to see the southside extension of the family for cuddles, stories and fajitas. All washed down with some vin rouge and a trip back to the eighties with Carlton Whitfield.
