Lumberjills

I came across this sculpture during a cycle in Dalby Forest.  It was erected in 2013 by Ray Lonsdale and commemorates the The Women's Timber Service set up during World War One and which then became part of the Women's Land Army in World War Two.  The women were nicknamed the Lumberjills and wore a green beret to distinguish their unit.
The sculpture is called, "Pull Don't Push" and is 3 meters high and 5 meters long.
