Keep rollin' rollin' rollin' rollin'

The kids and I walked to see the new British supermarket this morning - managed to convince Nate to go in the pushchair as I'm not sure his legs would have kept going so far in the heat! Joy of joys, they stock my favourite cheese, double Gloucester with chives! And coleslaw!! It was worth taking the cooler bag with us! We walked past a Ferrari on the way home, so the summer season is beginning then! Also there are a couple of very snazzy yachts in the Port...
We whizzed up and down the Port on wheels late afternoon. Definitely a fair few more folk around and places open.
Throughout the day there were back and forth messages with the social worker regarding how to get this German guy back home, who to speak to at the town hall to reverse the current decision that no homeless can shower or use the toilet (for hygiene reasons!!!!!) and other things!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Danny being allowed back into prison as of Monday 13th! Soooo glad he'll be able to see Sole and others!
2) Friends being kind and taxi-ing Danny to classes whilst our car is out of use. Just heard they can get it functioning in the short term (so may have it tomorrow), but they need to refit the ignition barrel and are waiting for parts.
3) The kids happily spending ages whizzing up and down a little ramp at the end of the port.
