Ice Cream

This couple just stepped away from the downtown ice cream shop.  Weekends, beginning on Thursday evening closes Front Street, and one block of Market, Princess, and Chestnut for restaurants to provide al fresco dining.  They remain closed inside.  Extra is a view from Dock Street looking down the 3 blocks of Front Street closed.
