New flour fresh from the local mill.

I baked these baguettes from a freshly ground Edison Hard White Spring Wheat Flour. It has a beautiful light caramel color and a light whole wheat flavor. The bread tastes wonderful! I’ve never tried freshly ground flour before, let alone different types of flour other than the generic flours available at the grocery store of all- purpose flour, bread flour, and whole wheat flour.
