Paintings

Many fine paintings were found in one of today's medieval churches we visited on our "Covid-19-tour" in the county's medieval churches. We saw only one other visitor  and she also took photos. 
Extra: I found an unusual painting  with a bearded man with glasses. I did not know that  glasses were invented so early.
Second extra: A cemetery became the site of our picnic today. We wanted to escape the strong wind and found a lovely sheltered place among the hedges. I think I am old-fashioned because I did not feel comfortable sitting here. But the caretaker thought it was nice to choose a cemetery bench for picnic. He even suggested others with better views!
