Heron

A rather miserable morning but by lunchtime the rain had stopped and the afternoon turned out to be dry, mild and a bit grey.

I went to fill the car up with petrol ready for the longish drive tomorrow .... I knew it was too good to last .... prices at the pumps are beginning to rise again.

A quick visit to the Heritage Park before heading home. More birds than people but once the goslings take to the air better numbers will be restored.  Last time I was there I spotted four herons but today there was only one that I could see.
