Excess

We see a lot of this type of spiders' web in the Bush, but I've never seen one in our own garden before. I can't seem to find a definitive ID, but it's most likely a foliage webbing spider.

And yes, of course it was raining again this morning (hence all the droplets), but it seems to be fining up now.
