Curious Ted

15km run this morning and found running with Mark at 6 minute pace very easy a very good sign. After I dropped Mark off I ran another 2k at sub 6min pace which felt good. It's been cold and a good inside day. Ted was smelling the leaves on some of the bushes this afternoon.
