Overgrown

Trees from our neighbour's property are overhanging our garden and blocking the late afternoon/ evening light. We've taken advice from a tree surgeon and now applied to the local authority to cut the trees back (we're in a conservation area, so all tree works have to be officially applied for, even for 'large weeds' such as these).
