Full Moon

A quiet day today with a little extra sleep and a lovely slow walk with LandscapeGirl along by Nothe gardens and Brewers Quay. Its nice to see our local pub back open again.

I did take a few iPhone photos whilst out as my back isn't up to lugging around my camera. Sadly I'm reminded perhaps a little too late why I moved away from a crop sensor camera and onto a nice, small, light Olympus. Now I'm not sure why I thought it was a good idea to go full frame and have a 200>600 lens attached most of the time.

That brings me onto todays Blip. It is tonights Full Moon 99.6% I think.

I don't think its the best moon shot I've ever captured. It was taken with my Sony full frame  camera and big lens through a small gap in the bedroom window.  The moon rose late, just after 10 and was nearly midnight before I could see it over the trees and through the gaps in cloud.

I take a few shots, grade and stack them to give the finished result. As I say I'm not sure its the best.

Must try and find foreground to add to it sometime. Another note for diary.
