Friendly Local?

Even though the weather was still unsettled we went on an adventure today; starting in Letcombe Regis we set off across the fields for Childrey.  Good walk, with plenty of views.  We didn't get to Childrey Store in time for a coffee, but we did had a great fruit flapjack - which we ate by the village pond, much to the seething disappointment of the local geese.
