Comma

Lots of butterflies around just now. I spent a while following the comma. Then amused to find it settled by a hairy willowherb so the extra gives you the wider scene by the river. Then since I’m on a roll I’ve added rosebay willowherb or fireweed as it’s also known, and purple loosestrife. I used to drive my husband nuts with my tendency to mix these up. Finally as a true botanist he gave me a comprehensive lecture that sorted it all out.
