It's a tongue in cheek comment. It's taken from the BBC comedy 'Miranda' & her mother in that who simply loves to chant 'Such Fun' about almost everything. Larry clearly wasn't having 'Such Fun' today, it was just too windy for a slight bird who hardly weighs anything. The look he gave me here was one of 'help me'... he looks like he's wearing a skirt. Sorry Larry, I don't mean to poke fun, but you really do look hilarious here!
