Here comes the Judge!

Not quite what i was expecting when i opened the envelope this morning, I have been summoned! 4th August to appear at Perth Criminal Court for Jury service!  i have time to get my head around what will happen on the day, am i nervous? just a little as always with the unknown, looking on a more positive note i have always wanted to see what it was like inside a court room.
I am more concerned with the Covid19 issue, we have been avoiding crowded places, and doing the right thing of social distancing, following the rules to the letter, there was a whole sheet attached to the summons paperwork regarding their safety measures on Covid19.

We had a couple of surprise visits from two of our older Grandies this afternoon, first Jaxon called in before he had to go into work for a couple of hours, with school holidays he was happy to go in and earn a few more dollars.
Then as we dropped his off, Keely was on her way down, hoping to catch Jaxon but she just missed him. Lovely catching up with these two today, a lot going on in their teenage lives, school, work, their mates, lots to talk about and catch up on. 
It took my mind off the dreaded Jury summons!
