Sheltering

It wasn't supposed to rain, according to the forecast, though it did look distinctly dodgy as we set out. Towards the end of the walk the rain came sweeping in with a really heavy shower. My two companions, both bought up in the north of England, produced waterproof jackets leaving me, the southerner to get wet.  Fortunately we found this really old fir tree with a thick canopy and we all kept fairly dry.
The extra shows a puddle reflecting the sky and the surrounding forest
