After Rain

No experiments today as I needed to get out for a break.  It rained all morning and some of the afternoon so it was good to eventually get outside.

Garden Thistles today:  Miss Willmott’s Ghost, Eryngium (different variety to Miss Willmott - I could look it up), Teasel,  Echinops.  There are two others in the garden which I’ll save for another day.

Hopefully the hose I’ve attached to one of the water barrels will eventually empty it.  So much for Merv’s theory about how they should be connected together!  There’s no wonder that the builders didn’t line them up again - it was spilling water over the brim.

Only Girl’s Aloud support group on Zoom - late lunchtime.  Hairdressers this evening!  Much needed.
