Leaping across

It took as long for Gordon to wait for an appointment to get his hair cut as I spent on the phone to the bank waiting for someone to answer (20 minutes) and then probably as long for the actual haircut as a lady spent sorting out a problem I had with online banking, which two guys failed to do yesterday (5 minutes). 

Emails are back, thanks to a wonderful guy at BT yesterday. Online Banking is back. I just need to get my phone fully working again and I'll be fine. Some new wool arrived today, so I'm getting back to knitting.
