Banana bread

So I went back into the office today which was fine and I’m certainly getting back in to the swing of work.

This morning when I was drying my hair though I felt something in my back go which was so unpleasant, I have been in a lot of pain all day.

When I got home I wanted to use up some ripe bananas so made some banana bread. It’s vegan and very nutritious, with desiccated coconut, rice flour, chia seeds, ground flax, banana and maple syrup. It’s very dense but a lovely taste. I kind of made it up so am pleased how it turned out considering!
