Mouse

We have had chickens for just about 2 years now. There were four to begin with but natural selection has left us with two. The chook pen has become a haven for the local rodent population. Mice, like this one have taken over. While Jo and I watched this evening there were at least six of them running around and they weren't skinny mice, I can tell you. This one which Jo refers to as "her mouse" has no tail.

Cut but still vermin.

It will be interesting to see what happens when the chooks go to heaven.
