The end of the week brought its Zoom meetings with PhD students: a short one with J, and a long but enjoyable one with M. I was relieved to remove all the gaps and "erms" from the video of Wednesday's presentation. I don't know how many prospective students will view it when it's uploaded, but it was a useful exercise as it won't be the last that I make. Then it was the usual shopping trip, wearing a mask for the first time in my life now that they are mandatory for shopping in Scotland. The evening saw me in the Estate with Django, where I lost the new ball when its leash got caught up high in a tree.
