Birthday girl.

We don't have many yoga socials - but this is our teacher and it's soon her 50th so it was lunch at mine today to celebrate. Next to her, her 75 year old mum - who does yoga too - and is a fine example to us all!
It was lots of fun to chat for a change and raise a glass.
