A friend from work is selling his house and I told him Travis was interested . He offered him the house for $25,000 less market value cause he knows me and his mom babysat my kids for a few years . It's a starter home which is perfect for him . He can do a few renovations and resell it later on . We're all happy for him .. he's been wanting to move out for a long time but he had to make sure his job was secure . Congrats Travis .. We're very proud of you xxxx
